Alpha Enrichment Foundation Scholarship
In addition to applying for the Foundation scholarship in the amount of $1,200, should an applicant seek enrollment at an educational institution within the University of Louisiana System, he may also apply and receive consideration for the “For Our Future Award” worth up to a maximum of $5K per academic year. Information concerning the criteria for each of the scholarships may be found within the attached document. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Nu Gamma Omega Chapter Scholarship
The Lynda Dunlap Cosey Scholarship awards academic scholarships to students who compete an essay-writing contest. This year we will award up to five (5) scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each to area high school senior girls who have either met or exceeded the scholarship’s requirements. Gamma Eta Omega Scholarship
The Gamma Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,Incorporated is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for program designed for local female high school seniors graduating in May of 2019. Our chapter will award six, one-time awards, valued at $1000 each, at our annual scholarship program. Mary Carlisle Meadors Memorial Scholarship
The Baton Rouge Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority awards the annual Mary Carlisle Meadors Memorial Scholarship to a female high school graduate who meets the qualifications. NSU Scholarship
The 11th annual NSU Louisiana High School Essay Contest is now open for submissions until May 31,2019. The essay contest is open to all Louisiana students in grades 9-12 regardless of type of school institution, including students in all types ofprivate educational environments, as well as home schooled students. Southern University Alumni Federation Scholarship

Application Fee Waiver Students who have limited financial resources may use the NACAC Request for Application Fee Waiver Form when applying for college. The form — aimed at students planning to enroll in postsecondary education immediately following high school graduation — helps ensure that access to college is possible for all. Mayor's Youth Workforce Experience Application Kick-off
To hear more about the program and receive an application, we strongly encourage that Scholars come out and join us at one of the Informational Sessions next Saturday. They will need to bring their birth certificate, Social Security card, and photo ID (can be a school ID) if they do not have any of the items advise them to still attend, there will be services present at the event to help get those items.

We will not have paper applications to hand out to individual students or at schools, it is highly advised that students attend one of the sessions next Saturday because they will have priority slots before the application is released online to the general public. The application will not be released to the general public until Monday, April 22nd.

Teen Court of Greater Baton Rouge
